Payment

Paypment must be made through Paypal at the time of your purchase. This ensures the fastest turn-around possible, as I will have the money available to ship your product immediately.

Shipping

Purchased items are shipped within 1-2 days of purchase, depending on what day your order is placed. (If it's placed during the weekend, your order will be shipped the following Monday.)

All items are secured within cardboard pieces to ensure they will not arrive wrinkled or bent. Items are mailed First Class through the United States Postal service, and will generally arrive 4-7 days after they are shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges

Puchased artwork cannot be returned or exchanged once the item has shipped. If you have ordered an item (but not paid for it) and decided you would like an item of the same value instead; please email me at rachel at poseur ink dot com, and we'll figure it out.
