About Plumevine pieces and how they are created:

A light-weight resin based clay material is hand sculpted and embellished with a variety of elements such as gemstones, metals, glass, czech glass beads, found images, seashells and others.

The clay is fired at low temperatures and then hand painted with high quality acryllics. Each piece is given a number of coats and washes in different tones to bring it to life, and give it the signature "weathered" look of Plumevine pieces.

A variety of finishes are used and may be chosen from with the "Made by Order" line, such as "Found Mithril", "Ancient Silver" and "Antique Gold".

The clay pieces are fired several times during the creation process, resulting in better strength and durability.

Once the clay piece is complete, it is then dressed with varied elements such as chains, cords, ribbons, charms, wires, jewels and the like.

Each Plumevine piece is hand made by Lorianne Jäntti at her studio in Trondheim. Each an unique and wearable piece of art..

Payment

I only accept payments through Paypal, and as with Etsy policy, payment must be received within 3 days after placing your order, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

As a seller, I reserve my right to withdraw a sale if I see it necessary, any payment made will be fully refunded in this case.

Copyright of my work is non-transferable with purchase.

Shipping

Made by Request pieces:
After your order has been completed (within 2 weeks time), I will send you a notice letting you know that it has been shipped.

One of a Kinds:
Items will be shipped within the following two business days from having placed and paid for your order.

All Plumevine pieces are mailed gift-wrapped and if you'd like not to receive an invoice in the package please state so when you order.

Insurance is very costly in Norway, but if you'd like to insure your package, please state so and I will calculate your total shipping costs, then send a Paypal invoice for the amount.

*** Italian customers: due to repeated mishandled packages that were sent to Italy, it is required that you insure your package. Thank you for understanding! ***

Please know that if your package is not insured, I am not responsible for it after it's been shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return it and the costs will be refunded once I've recieved it, shipping not included.

Please know that I only accept a returned piece that you've had no longer than 5 days after receiving it. Insurance in returned packages is highly recommended.
