Payment

I accept paypal for payment.
Please convo me if you are interested in a trade. I also very much enjoy doing that!!!!

Shipping

I want you to be happy!!!!

All items are shipped by USPS. I am working hard to make sure that the shipping costs listed actually reflect the amount it costs. If I overcharge you, I will send a refund via paypal. If the difference is a few cents, I hope that you understand. if I have undercharged you (which I am usually doing by a matter of cents): deal for you. I will not charge you additionally.

I ship internationally as well. I am still working out pricing for this. The listed costs will soon go up to reflect the accurate costs.

Also, I use modified, recycled packaging to ship your items.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final, but I really want you to be happy.
If you realize within 24 hours of purchase, before I have shipped it out, that you made a mistake, please contact me. Once the item is shipped it is a final sale. NOTE: any custom or wholesale order sale is final, no refund, no exchange, though we will work together through conversations to make sure that I get the order how you want it. I like double checking!!!
If your item is lost or damaged in the mail, please contact me; we can work out a replacement or other such compensation.
In the event that you need to return an item: I will refund what you paid, both for the item and the shipping to get the item to you. You will be responsible for return shipping arrangements and payment.
Of course there are always exceptions! If you are seriously dissatisfied with your item, please get in touch with me. I don't want you to be unhappy! We will work something out. This is case by case. We will determine together the best solution to the problem.

I am up for wholesale and consignment opportunities! Please contact me. I will work out prices and shipping individually with you.
All wholesale is final; no refunds or exchanges. We will work together to make sure you get what you want.

Currently my prices are quite low in relation to the production labor. I cannot significantly discount for wholesale orders. Tote bags are not discounted in price.
