I am a full-time English teacher and a Mom as well as a full-time crafter. I put a lot of time, effort, love, and creativity into my items and I hope that you appreciate them.

Payment

PAYMENT:
I only accept paypal, and I ship items once your paypal payment has cleared. This usually takes 4-5 business days. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF PAYPAL TO USE PAYPAL!

The price of all items listed are in US dollars.

Shipping

SHIPPING: I ship all items USPS first class. This usually takes 1-5 business days. If you would like another service to deliver your item, please let me know when you purchase it.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. International customers should convo with me BEFORE purchasing an item so they can get correct rates.

Refunds and Exchanges

REFUNDS:
I only offer refunds if I have grossly misrepresented the item you purchased.

EXCHANGES:
If you buy a hat and find that it does not fit you, I am willing to exchange it for a different size, but you must measure your head, email me the measurements, and send the first item back to me. I will refund your shipping costs for the exchange.
