Welcome and thanks for looking.
Feel free to look through my "sold" items - I can often make another of a sold item that is not currently listed in the shop.
My items are produced in a smoke-free, canine-centric third floor studio/loft with a nice view of the neighborhood.
Payment
PayPal preferred, but I also take checks and money orders.
If you choose PayPal and I do not receive payment confirmation within a day, I will send a reminder via both email and Etsy convo. If there is no response, I will cancel the sale after 3 days.
When I see that your order has been placed, I will send an Etsy convo confirming the order and giving an estimated shipping date. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ETSY ACCOUNT FOR THIS CONVO.
Payment MUST be received before I will ship items, including custom orders. If you are paying by check or money order, I will notify you by convo when it arrives and/or when it clears, then give you the probable shipping date.
Shipping
* PLEASE make sure your address is correct in Etsy. I will use your Etsy shipping/address information when I make up the packages to be mailed. You can always leave a message to seller or a convo if your address is different than the one registered with Etsy.
* Orders are mailed out a few times per week, when necessary. Usually, upon confirmation of payment, the order goes out within 1-3 days.
* International orders: I'm happy to ship internationally, and most of my items have the appropriate shipping charge. If no price is listed, please convo me so I can find out the cost for your specific location. International orders require a trip to the post office, so items may take between 1-5 days to be shipped.
RECYCLE / REUSE
Whenever possible, I reuse decent shipping envelopes and packing materials. Be assured that your order will be packaged securely. As well, I sometimes repurpose papers and cardstock for my magnet backings.
You will receive a packing slip with your order, but to reduce paper waste, I often print on recycled/reuseable/leftover paper that may have printing on the other side.
Do your part to reduce waste!
Refunds and Exchanges
* Refunds will be given if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Payment and shipping costs will be refunded if the item is sent back to me. In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged during shipping, we can arrange a refund or replacement to suit you. Please convo me.
