Welcome

Thanks so much for visiting my shop. I hope you enjoy the items I have available. Inspiration turn Design is about transforming your ideas and “inspirations” into a design that fits you and your style so I am excited and interested in creating a custom order or changing my creations just for you. Whether you are interested in stationery, an invitation (wedding, birthday, party), or a personalized collage. Look around, get ideas, and tell me about them, let me create.

Payment

PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF PURCHASE via PAY PAL

I accept checks from LOCAL customers only. You must be a resident of North Carolina. You will need to contact me before making your purchase.

If paying by pay pal and your payment is not received within 25 hours your order will be canceled. If your item is custom or personalized I will not begin working on your order until I receive payment.

Shipping

Items not Personalized or Custom: Within 2 business days of payment

Items Personalized: Within 2 business days of the item being proofed.

I will ship your order to the address you provide for Etsy if this address is incorrect please let me know as soon as possible.

Refunds and Exchanges

I take a lot of pride in my work and want each customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are unhappy with any order please let me know as soon as possible and I will do my best to correct the problem.

NOTE: I do not refund personalized items. Personalized and custom orders go through a proofing process where you the customer give me the "go ahead" to produce the order. Once the item is confirmed there will be no refund on the purchase. BE SURE TO PROOF YOUR ORDER FOR CORRECT SPELLING!

CUSTOM ORDERS:
Wedding invitations you will be charged a non refundable $25 design fee and then upon confirmation of your order you will be required to pay a 50% deposit. Anytime before production you can request a refund but once the invitations go into production there will be no refund on your deposit.
