Welcome

Hello and welcome to the Ashleybug Designs shop on Etsy. Here you will find a plethora of paper-based gifts sure to suit any occasion. Unique note cards and greetings, one-of-a-kind stationery, and original gift tags will make all of your correspondence and gift-giving a special affair indeed.

Payment

Payment can be made via PayPal or credit card. Payment via credit card, however, must be done on the PayPal website. You do NOT have to be a PayPal member or create a PayPal account to do this. At checkout, simply select Pay Now, which will take you to the PayPal website. On the left side of the screen it gives you the option to pay with credit card without logging in. This is safe and secure; no one will see your credit card information. Once you have completed the process, you should have the option to return to your order.

If you have any problems paying with PayPal or Credit Card, please contact Ashleybug Designs immediately. Payment is due at the time of purchase and an order may be canceled after three days of non-payment and no communication from the customer.

Shipping

Items are shipped within 2 days via USPS First Class for all domestic orders. A personalized item may take up to 3 business days. You will be notified via Etsy Conversation that your order has been received, and this message will give the exact date you can expect your item to ship. Once an item has shipped, it will be checked off by Ashleybug. You can view this status under your Purchases.

International orders are shipped within 1 week of cleared payment. Ashleybug Designs is not responsible for any custom charges your country may charge. Additionally, I will never check an item as a "Gift" on customs forms, as it is illegal.

All shipping charges include handling, as well as the protective bubble mailer and sleeve that all cards are mailed in to prevent bending, warping and ink bleeding in transit.

Packing slips / receipts available with your package upon request.

Refunds and Exchanges

All exchanges must be considered on a case-by-case basis. No order can be exchanged or returned simply because the customer has changed their mind: customers are asked to be sure they are ready to order when they checkout. Any quality issues will most certainly be considered. If you have an issue with an item's quality, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item, and I will provide a replacement of that item once you have sent the original item in question back to me. The item must be received back to me within 3 weeks of the original ship date, and it must be in its original condition.

Additional Policies and FAQs

In regards to lost packages, tracking is only provided on domestic packages at the request of the customer. Please inform me in the 'Notes to Seller' section at checkout that you would like a certificate of mailing purchased, or for delivery confirmation. Only items that have a confirmation of delivery will be eligible for replacement if lost by the USPS. If you are interested in either of these two options, please say so and the difference in shipping cost will be sent to you via PayPal invoice.

Tracking is not provided on any international package, and no international package will be considered lost until 30 days after shipment, as sometimes there are customs issues.
