I love making "Something Beautiful"! I find it very interesting to reuse an object for something than it was intended for, such as a teacup candle. All my candles or hand poured they are highly fragrant and last a loooong time.

Payment

HOW DO I ORDER THROUGH ETSY?

•To order all you need is an e-mail address and you can sign up through etsy, its free. Then you can purchase the beautiful handmade crafts.

•I accept payment through PAYPAL. Please pay immediately after purchasing. If I do not receive payment within 2 days I will believe you will not be purchasing the item unless you email me.

-Illinois buyers need to pay 6.25% tax. You will see this updated in Paypal at checkout.

-Chicago buyers need to pay 9.25% tax. You will see this updated in Paypal at checkout.

Shipping

•After payment clears, shipments will go out within 2 days. If there will be a delay I will e-mail you immediately!

-I package and wrap all my items very well, I will ship to the address you provide through Paypal, unless you e-mail me.

I do ship internationally, convo me and I will let you know the price of shipping!

International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries

INSURANCE

•Insurance
As you know, I have no control over the USPS handling of packages once they are shipped. As such, we will not take any responsibility for late arrivals, missing or damaged items.

US Insurance is optional but highly recommended.

Refunds and Exchanges

•Please contact me within 2 days of receipt, merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaged within 7 days. Returns need to be shipped by a reputable carrier that uses some method of tracking. I will not accept back custom orders.

Additional Policies and FAQs

• I am happy to do custom orders let me know!

- If you have a vessel and would like me to fill it I would be happy to do so. Just send it to me(clean!) and your price will be for wax, fragrance, and shipping only. $1.50 an ounce not including shipping.

- I also will refill your vessel you bought from me for $1.50 an ounce not including shipping. Just Convo me and send me the vessel back clean. I will refill it for you with your choice of color and fragrance.

-If you send me the teacups you don't want anymore I will pay for shipping and you get to have one of my teacup candles for free.

-All my candles or hand poured they are highly fragrant and last a loooong time. If you are allergic to fragrance I can custom order for you, just e-mail me. OR if you would like no color added.

-Wholesale:
I have done many wholesale orders please e-mail me for pricing and information.

SCENTS Available for custom orders: Please convo me and I will send you a list.

-CANDLE TIPS:

1. The first time you light your candle burn it until the entire top of the candle is liquefied so that it will burn evenly. A general rule of thumb is one hour per inch of width of candle. This will prevent any chance of tunneling and allow the wax "melt pool" to reach almost the edge of the container. In future burnings, all candles will only burn as far from the wick as they did the first time. This is referred to as a "candles memory".

2. After the first burn, never burn for more than 3-4 hours at a time, as it changes the composition of the wax and can affect the way it burns and smells. Natural soy wax may leave wax on side of jar after burning.

3. Always keep your wick trimmed! If you keep it trimmed to 1/4 inch, it will burn cleaner and more evenly.

4. Never leave a burning candle unattended or within reach of children, pets or a draft. Never put the Candle under any object or structure and make sure it is on a level surface.

5. Make sure the candle is on a heat resistant surface. As it burns down the bottom gets hot and can mark the surface.

6. Never attempt to pick up a candle when it is still hot, glass containers are fragile, you can drop it and possibly get burned.

7. Once a candle burns down to 1/2", PLEASE watch carefully.

9. Store your candles in a safe, cool, dry place away from direct sunlight!

10. Burn times will always vary depending on the placement of your candle. Drafty areas will burn slightly quicker. Burn times will also vary depending on the height of your wick. The longer the wick the quicker the candle will burn away.
