Welcome

I'm Anna Kyle. Welcome to my little shop. Here you'll find an eclectic mix of my own designs, upcycled/recycled items, and supplies for your own creativity. Don't forget to pick up a pattern or two for yourself.

I've been designing and making clothes since the age of 5. I didn't play with dolls. I just used them as a dress form. I moved on to sewing for people at the age of 12. Now, with 30 something years of design experience I work from home independently.

I'm here on Etsy to help take care of my 2 sons who have autism. I'm a proud member of ETSY FOR AUTISM and have a small site for Arkansas Special Needs Resources at www.geocities.com/annamkyle

I'll even gift wrap your item free of charge just for asking.

Payment

I accept PayPal, money order, or personal check.
Please make your online payment within 3 days or let me know if you prefer to send it through the mail. I don't charge taxes because this is my hobby, not my "job". It's really my passion, but that's not a tax term. If you ever need to cancel an order please let me know right away. I'm really easy to work with and want to keep the Etsy community the happy place that it is! :)

Shipping

I prefer to use USPS to avoid having more trucks on the road than are necessary. First Class mail is the most efficient way to send items 13 oz or less. Anything over that weight I like to use Priority Mail. Either way I print my shipping online so you will recieve a tracking number by email when I print the postage.
If you prefer to have insurance on your item please let me know before payment and I can add that on at the base rate charged by USPS. I do ship internationally. If you have any special requests for shipping please ask.
I can also ship gift items directly to your giftee and will include simple gift wrapping at no additional charge.

Refunds and Exchanges

If an item is ever not as I've stated I'll gladly refund the purchase price. Once items leave my hands and are in the care of USPS I can not be held liable for it being lost or damaged. You can purchase insurance for the shipping, but this has never been a problem before. I pack very carefully and make sure items are well labeled for their ride to their new home.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All of my work is done in my non-smoking home studio. My home is pet friendly, but your item will be hair free. :)

I'm also a proud member of Etsy for Autism. All proceeds from my shop go to helping to care for my 2 sons who both have autism. My oldest also has epilepsy and my little guy has tourette's syndrome. I sew and craft for my "therapy" and share my items here on Etsy to help my boys.
