C S Flowers is the dream and inspiration of Carrie, the owner and floral designer. Carrie, who holds a bachelor of science degree in interior design from La Roche College in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, has always had a passion for floral arranging.

With her extensive knowledge of design and color arranging from her studies and employment as an interior designer, Carrie brings a fresh, new approach to floral design. She takes pride in developing unique, quality silk floral arrangements that reflect her own personal style, as well as, the personal style of her clients.

At C S Flowers, we enjoy working with our customers to create a beautiful floral arrangement that captures our clients personality and style.

Whether you purchase a floral arrangement from our current line, or have a custom design made just for you, we take pride in creating a beautiful floral arrangement.

Payment

All Pennsylvania residents are required to pay sales tax. 6% sales tax will be charged for PA residents residing in all counties of Pennsylvania, except Allegheny and Philadelphia. Allegheny and Philadelphia counties are required to pay 7% sales tax.

Tax will be calculated at the time of purchase.

Shipping

All floral orders are shipped within 72 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays.

All orders in the continental United States are shipped UPS Ground. For orders outside of the continental United States, please contact us for shipping charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. Please contact us for more information.

Damaged Merchandise

If your item has been damaged in shipping, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will work with you to replace your item, or refund your money. Contact us for more information.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom Orders

We can create a custom centerpiece, wedding bouquet, wreath, swag, or candle ring.

We do not charge a consultation fee for a custom design. We will only charge you for the floral arrangement, which will be quoted for you, up front, before it is created.

After the arrangement is created, we send you a picture of your item. If you are satisfied with the custom arrangement, we will list it on etsy for your purchase, or you can ask for any additional changes.

We, at C S Flowers, strive to make our customers happy, and we take pride in creating quality, custom pieces. If you are not satisfied with your custom arrangement for whatever reason, you may return it.

If you order ten or more of the same custom floral arrangement, you will receive 10% off your total order. Excluding shipping & handling fees and sales tax.
Sales tax applies to Pennsylvania residents only.
