Hello and welcome to Victoria P. Zurcher Designs!
I am the owner and designer behind all of our products and truly enjoy the whole design process.

Payment

Payments must be made via PayPal with a valid shipping and billing address. Tax is not applied to purchases unless the shipping address is a Tennessee address.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Any requests for express shipping require a custom shipping quote. Just send a convo with the details and we will get a rate quoted for you based on your total purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

Since personalized items are custom made for you, those items are nonrefundable and can not be exchanged. If VPZ Designs makes an error in your order, we will happily replace it with the exact item with the corrected personalization at no charge to you.
We take extra care in packaging items very securely and guarantee that each item leaves our shop in perfect condition.
VPZ Designs is not responsible for any items damaged or lost during shipping. If you have any other questions, please send a convo.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders are available and may be charged a design fee depending on the custom request.
