Payment

PayPal is the only form of payment accepted. Your order will be mailed within 3 business days after payment is cleared.

Please ensure your Etsy address matches your PayPal shipping address.

Please submit your payment within 24 hours of committing to buy. If not, your order will have to be canceled to make the item available to other customers. Please send me a convo if you are having issues with PayPal.

SALES TAX IS CHARGED ON ORDERS PURCHASED WITHIN THE STATE OF TEXAS.

Shipping

As of June 25th, 2009, I'm charging US$2.25 for US orders, US$3.25 for Canada and US$4.25 for anywhere else.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international packages are sent via International First Class. It ranges from 1 to 4 weeks for delivery and tracking number is not provided. But you can get a shipping upgrade upon request.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please note that a lot of the beads and findings I use are vintage and you might find minor imperfections in some items. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please convo me BEFORE leaving me your feedback.

You can return an item within 3 days from the delivery date and it must be unworn. I will issue a full refund minus shipping costs. I cannot refund shipping cost because I am unable to get that money back from the post office.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR HYGIENIC REASONS I CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS (AND ISSUE REFUND) ON EARRINGS PURCHASES.

If a piece is broken when it arrived you may send it back to me for repair and I will ship it back to you at my expense!

I cannot accept items that are broken after they have been worn. Keep in mind that my jewelry is HANDMADE and can break if not treated carefully.
