Payment

Blossoming Tree Bodycare accepts Paypal, RME and money orders as forms of payment. Please note that money orders must be received before any shipment is made. If you are paying via RME please make a note in the note to seller section and an invoice will be emailed to you.

***Michigan residents are required to pay 6% sales tax. See policies All Michigan buyers should select a form of payment then wait for a revised invoice.***

Orders may be cancelled as long as the purchase has not been shipped. Custom orders will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

Shipping

The preferred shipping method is USPS priority, with flat rate used whenever it will save on cost. If expedited shipping is preferred please send a convo BEFORE ordering for a quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

If there is a problem with any product Blossoming Tree Bodycare will do it's best to make it right.

Please be mindful that all ingredients are listed, both in the description and material list of each product. If you have a known allergy to any ingredient DO NOT buy the product.

Due to the nature of our products, refunds or exchanges will be given in the case of damaged items only. A return authorization is necessary for a return. Please send a convo or email for further instructions.

Scent-free products are available.

Blossoming Tree Bodycare is a secret pal friendly site. Please convo me BEFORE you process your order. A personalized note can be sent if you choose.

Free samples are not available. There is, however, a section listing Try-It size samples that cost $5.00 USD or less each.
