My name is Jabonero Blake and this is my soap company.

JBSoaps is short for Jabonero Blake Soap Works. Jabon is the word in Spanish for Soaps, and someone who makes soaps is a jabonero. We specialize in Cold Processed, Hot Processed, and Melt and Pour soaps for your delight. We make traditional soaps for adults as well as novelty soaps for the kids, so there is sure to be something of interest to everyone. We can also do special orders. No Problema! Se habla espanol too.

We are here to bring you some of the best quality soaps that we can make with the best ingredients that we can find.

Payment

All forms of payment via Paypal accepted - Please pay within 3 days and e-checks will need to clear prior to shipment.

We also accept Credit Cards OFF Paypal - Just choose other and I will send an email for you to pay through my vendor at a secured site (I use Propay). Please send note to seller using the following code to paid with Credit Cards. (PAID VIA PROPAY) wait for e-mail invoice and following directions.
This is for USA ORDERS ONLY. We required your e-mail addres to make payment via Propay.


Cancellation, the seller has the right to cancel a transaction, if payment is not received within 3 days from date of purchase.

If we are having a Sale. Many of these deals hinge on the shopper entering in a code. Where? As you check out, right after the step where you choose your shipping address, you'll see a field under each order. There, you can enter in your "message to the seller." Choose your payment method and click the "submit" button.

** Many of these deals involved a "revised invoice". Shoppers, if you're a bit befuddled, have no fear! Here's what will happen: Check out as you normally would on Etsy, but instead of paying immediately at Paypal, wait for the seller to send you a revised Paypal invoice (you should get an email with the link). Then you simply pay that discounted rate, no refunds necessary!

Shipping

SHIPPING DATES: We ship all our orders Tuesday and Friday weather permitting since we live in Illinois and we are having snow.


We have added a FLAT RATE SHIPPING Section to the store.
Only items in the Flat Rate Section are mail in Flat Rate Envelopes, others will be ship First Class mail if under 13 oz or over 13 oz Parcel post.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Orders under 13 ounces are generally mailed International Ground. All others I try to use the International Priority Mail Envelope.

Buyers will paid any custom fee's or any duty that is related with the item on your end. Seller is not responsible for these charges.

International customer please check with your post office to make sure that the item in my store will be able to be ship to your country. Will not mark as Gift in the form. The item might take longer than normal to be received by the person, as International Countries holds items until they decided to send it to you. I'm not responsible for delay by your country. It may take anywhere from 2 weeks to 8 weeks to get to your destination or longer.

We refund shipping overages over $1.00.

If you want Insurance please let me know before you paid so I can send you an updated Paypal Invoice. If package is lost and there is no insurance, I will not be liable for the post office to loose the item.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of the product, we can't accept returns on any items. Please contact seller and we can work something out.

Please if you don't want your item to be lost, ask that we send you an updated invoice to include Insurance on the Package.
You must contact the seller within 10 days to discuss a Refund.
