Welcome
brandedbutterfly only uses top quality materials. None of our fabrics, notions, embellishments, or art supplies are of low quality. We order our fabrics from well known high quality fabric manufacturers.
Every effort is made to produce a high quality hand made item. Each and every item has unique qualities. No two items are exactly alike.
Payment
PayPal, Google Checkout, and RME payments are accepted. Custom orders are not started until payment is received. Shipments of Ready To Ship items are not sent out until payment is received.

Tennessee Residents are charged 9.75% Sales Tax and any Sales Tax collected will be remitted to the State of Tennessee.

Payment made with an e-check delays everything for at least 7 days, and adds 7 days to custom work turnaround time. I am happy to receive e-checks, but you must be aware of this policy.
It takes that time for the e-check to clear the PayPal system. I am sorry for the delay, but it can't be helped with the e-check.
Shipping
I ship on Tuesdays.
I use First Class US Mail for all of my shipping. I always purchase insurance in the purchase amount and I always buy a tracking number where available. If you need the item in a hurry, convo me before you purchase, please! It may not be possible depending on your location. Also, the shipping fee will be higher for expedited packages.
Save yourself shipping costs if you live locally! I am very willing to deliver your item to an agreed upon location. Convo me and we can discuss! I will deliver to ALL towns touching Murfreesboro, TN on the map and Nashville, TN. Just check out and pay the shipping and I will refund it, or you can just convo me and I will make up a custom order that doesn't have shipping charges added.
If you wish to have your item(s) shipped by a different carrier, let me know in the message on your order, and I will send you an invoice for the amount owed on shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not give refunds. If you are unhappy with your order, I will work with you to remedy the issue. I will even go as far as making a replacement item if I feel the situation calls for that. Although highly unlikely to be a factor, I will repair any piece you purchase from me for free up to 90 days from date of purchase. You pay shipping back to me and I pay shipping back to you. I will repair items purchased from me after the 90 days has expired for a fee and you pay shipping both ways.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I can sew, make, create, design, and fabricate more things than I can list. I have been active in theater, the floral industry, volunteering with non-profits and helping them with their public appearances, making clothes for nieces, costumes for everyone, and the list goes on. NEVER hesitate to ask for my assistance or for a custom item.
