Welcome

KnottyStuff’s hand crafted accessories are made with high-end yarn. Fibers used include alpaca, merino wool, cashmere, silk, linen, hemp, soy, bamboo, cotton and on a very rare occasion, synthetic yarn. I wholeheartedly support small fiber manufacturers, and I enjoy using hand or kettle dyed yarn. My prices reflect the quality of the materials used and the lengthy labour process required for each piece.

KnottyStuff creations are made in a smoke-free environment. I hand wash and air-dry each piece before making it available for purchase. Unless noted, I suggest you hand wash or dry clean anything crafted from yarn.

Your purchase will come packaged attractively, wrapped in colored tissue paper and tied together with a yarn ribbon.

Payment

KnottyStuff appreciates prompt payments. Payment options for orders placed within the United States can be made through Paypal, a personal check, or a money order.

KnottyStuff accepts orders internationally which must be paid through Paypal.

Once payment is received and checks are cleared, your order will be shipped the next day.

KnottyStuff wholeheartedly and enthusiastically supports trades within the Etsy community. Please contact me if you would like to set-up a trade between our shops.

If KnottyStuff does not receive payment within seven days of an order, that order will be canceled unless arrangements are made.

Shipping

KnottyStuff ships through the United States Postal Service utilizing Priority Mail for domestic orders and International First Class for orders placed anywhere else in the world. Delivery Confirmation is included when available. If you wish for expedited shipping and/or insurance, please contact me for a quote before purchasing item. I will combine orders into one shipment without any additional cost.

I base my international shipping fees on the weight of the package at 16 ounces (450 grams). If I have grossly over-estimated your international shipping costs, I will refund you the difference.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your KnottyStuff purchase, please contact me within 7 days of delivery for either a refund or an exchange. Please note that I cannot refund or reimburse shipping costs.

Please be aware that any Items bought on Sale or Yarn Purchases are FINAL!!!
