Payment

I accept Paypal and money orders (please be aware that your item/s will ship AFTER your payment has been cleared in my account...which means your package will be sent within 48 hours if paying through Paypal credit/debit and up to 6 business days if your payment is sent via money order, once received). Any questions not answered here? Feel free to convo me!

Shipping

All orders will be sent via USPS within 48 hours of receiving payment, to the address as listed on Etsy unless otherwise specified. If the item is a gift, it can be sent directly to the recipient upon your request- gift wrapped with love and care free of charge.

Please let me know if you need expedited shipping. I am more than willing to set that up for you for the additional fee required by the USPS.


**NON-DELIVERIES**

US Post and other worldwide postal services are fairly reliable, however, if you would like insurance on your end (tracking, delivery confirmation,insurance, etc) please feel free to convo me and I can set that up for the additional cost as posted by the USPS.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon receipt, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and I will do what I can to make you happy by issuing a refund once you have returned the item to me unused or applying that credit toward another Felt Lunchbox shop item.

I welcome custom orders! Just convo me with any spark of inspiration and ideas you might have. The custom process will take between 1-2 weeks, or sooner if needed.
