CPSIA COMPLIANCE:
I am happy to report that after testing my items, all of the children's products here at little pink posies comply with CPSIA limits (please see individual listings for age recommendations). Safety is my number one concern. If you have any questions about the CPSIA, its requirements, or my products' compliance, please feel free to convo me.

LISTING POLICY:

I create multiples of the same style, but I take pictures of one sample for listing purposes. Due to the handmade nature of all of my items, your item will likely vary slightly from the item pictured. Each item is truly one-of-a-kind. The item pictured, however, is very representative of what you will receive – I promise there will be no unpleasant surprises! If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to convo me.

Payment

I accept Paypal (my preferred method of payment, and the fastest way to receive your items), money orders and checks (U.S. money orders and checks only). When paying by personal check or money order, I hold all items until the check or money order clears. This can take up to 10 business days (2 weeks).

Paypal payments are due upon purchase. For payments by check or money order, payments that have not been received within 5 business days will result in a canceled sale.

WHEN ORDERING A CUSTOM ITEM AND PAYING BY CHECK, MONEY ORDER, OR PAYPAL E-CHECK, I CANNOT START ON YOUR ITEM UNTIL THE PAYMENT CLEARS. PLEASE FACTOR THIS INTO ORDER TURNAROUND TIMES, AS THIS CAN ADD UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS.

For international purchases, Paypal is the only method of payment that I accept at this time.

Shipping

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

All of my items are shipped via standard U.S. First Class mail. If you need your items faster, please convo me for a revised shipping total.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WELCOME!!!

I will ship internationally by first class mail to keep your shipping costs low. Unfortunately, this method does NOT allow for delivery confirmation or tracking. Therefore, I am not responsible for packages once I mail them (I can provide proof of mailing and a customs receipt if needed). If you require insurance, delivery confirmation or tracking on an international order, please convo me to discuss other shipping options. All customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is my number one priority! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please convo me and we will work together to fix it. If you would rather return or exchange your item, I will accept a return or exchange within 10 business days provided that the item is in brand new, unworn condition and is still in the original packaging. Shipping for returns and exchanges is at the buyer’s expense.

HAIR CLIP STYLES AND STANDARD FEATURES:

All of the little pink posies clips come standard on a 1 ¾ inch alligator clip. All of my posies are entirely hand-stitched and feature multiple layers of wool felt for durability. These posies will not fall apart, fray, or lose their shape! Each clip is double ribbon-lined, and all ribbon ends are heat sealed to prevent fraying. In addition, each clip comes standard with one layer of non-slip lining. These clips stay put! If you would like an extra layer of non-slip lining added for extra-fine hair at no extra charge, please include this information in the comment section upon ordering.

SUBSTITUTIONS AND CUSTOM ORDERS:

I also welcome custom order requests. If you don’t see exactly what you want or you are looking for a specific color combination, just convo me! I love working on custom designs!
