Welcome to Dallas Designing-Diva Etsy shop. This is a sneak peak for my two passions-metalsmithing and fused glass.

I love to create adornments for you and your home. Many of the designs whether it is jewelry or home decor items are one of a kind.

Payment

I prefer Paypal but will accept personal checks upon request. If paying by check, your check must clear before your purchase will be shipped.

If you live in Texas, you must pay sales tax.

All custom orders require 50% of the purchase price up front with the remainder due prior to shipping. If payment is NOT made within 30 days of request, you will forfeit your deposit and your item.

Shipping

Most items are shipped via USPS first class or priority mail with delivery confirmation. If you are buying several items, you will be charged a flat fee; for glass decor, I tend to use the flat rate shipping box ($10.95) within the US.

All items over $50 will include insurance.

All international buyers are responsible for any duties incurred.

Refunds and Exchanges

I guarantee all my work. You have a full 7 days from the time to receive your item to return it without hassles.

If you are returning an item, please contact me and I will issue a return id number. It is your responsibility to ship the item in its "original condition" to me within 10 business days.

If the item is returned in the same condition it was shipped, you will receive a refund (minus the original shipping costs).

Jewelry is guaranteed for normal wear and tear for up to 6 months. Depending on the glass and stone used an substitute may be required.

All custom & wholesale orders require a 50% deposit prior to work starting. The remainder is due prior to shipping. If the buyer does NOT pay within 30 days of shipping notice, the buyer forfeits the deposit and the order to the seller, Dallas Designing-Diva.
