Welcome to TruKen Crafts!
We hope you like our shop! We want to make your experience in shopping with us as pleasant as possible.
Trudy and Ken have been creating crafts for craft fairs for years and joining Etsy has been even more fun for us!!

Payment

We accept many forms of payments. But remember, paying online is the fastest way to get your merchandise (no waiting for checks to clear).
And you can pay with your debit or credit card by using PayPal as your checkout - just follow the simple instructions - remember, PayPal is a SECURE method of payment! And you don't have to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit/debit card!

Remember, if you use PayPal, your payment is due immediately. If paying by check, please convo us right away so that we may give you the address for you to send your payment (checks must clear before we send out your purchase) - Unfortunately if we don't hear from you within three days, we will have to cancel the sale and relist the item.

Likewise if you have chosen paypal and the transaction isn't completed because you forgot to click that last "pay now" button. We will try to contact you via convo and your PayPal email address to insure we're all on the same wavelength, but after three days if the sale hasn't been completed, we will cancel the sale and relist the item.

Shipping

We ship via the US Postal Service to try to keep shipping costs as minimal as possible. If you go through checkout and we discover that you significantly overpaid the shipping charge, we will refund you the difference.

Because international shipping rates vary so much, please send a convo for a shipping quote - we promise to get back to you within 24 hours.

When possible, we ship first class, but when the weight of the item is excessive for this process, we use Priority Mail.

Please note that if you purchase multiple items from our shop, we will combine the items into one package to save shipping costs - If you convo us first, we'll set up a reserved listing for you and save you $$ on shipping costs!

Some items may require shipping insurance - this is a good idea in the event of damage or loss and we will provide this for our heirloom quality items like quilts.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you have a problem with an item you recieved, contact us immediately and we'll try to work out a solution.
Trudy and Ken try to pack our merchandise very carefully and on expensive or delicate items, we will provide shipping insurance (an inexpensive way to avoid headaches for all of us).

Always open to suggestions, please feel free to convo us anytime - we'll try to get back to you quickly if you have any questions at all. And remember, we also take custom orders so feel free to convo us for something special. We'll try to do our best to accommodate you!
