Welcome

I put a lot of energy into making sure that every single matte I cut and photo printed is of the highest quality. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please let me know and I will work with you to make you happy.

Payment

Paypal is my preferred method of payment. I would like to receive payment within three days so I can send out your photo(s) as soon as possible. You are responsible for any fees associated with customs.

Shipping

I ship every order within two-three business days. Often I ship the same day I receive payment. I package every photo with a cellophane sleeve, and inside a sturdy cardboard box. I send international items usps first class mail international. Domestic mail (within the U.S.) is sent priority shipping, which should arrive to you in 2-3 days. Please send me a convo if you have further questions and I promise to respond quickly.

Refunds and Exchanges

I accept returns if the item arrives damaged (I take every precaution this never happens). If an item is lost in the mail I will send a replacement item free of charge after waiting to see if it appears.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am happy to custom cut the matte to any size, NO extra charge, NO extra time involved.
