We are based in sunny Derbyshire UK.

"Where is Stolen Thunder Made?"

All items are handmade by Joy and Alice at our studio in England.

Payment

We accept Paypal only on our Etsy store, we accept credit cards and Paypal at our website www.stolenthunderboutique.com.
We appreciate immediate payment, non payments extending to 3 days will be reported to Etsy.

**IMPORTANT**

Please ensure your Etsy address matches your Paypal shipping address. Orders will be delayed if they do not match as we will have to confirm the correct address before we ship.

Shipping

"When can I expect to receive my item/s?"

We aim to dispatch items within 1 - 2 working days upon cleared payment. Items within the UK (England, Northern Ireland, Wales, Scotland highlands and Islands) are sent via 1st class post, this service normally delivers next working day.

International items are sent via Royal Mail airmail delivery to Europe is normally within three working days. Worldwide delivery is normally within five working days.
We always get a proof of postage when we dispatch items and you will be sent a confirmation email to let you know it has been sent.

"It's been a while and I still haven't received my item/s ? "

Please allow a reasonable time for your items to arrive (see above). Please get in touch with us if you you feel your item is lost.

"I want an item urgently?"

Please get in touch with us and we will can arrange to send items out on Special delivery - orders must be placed before 2pm to use this service.

"What will my jewellery be packaged in?"

All of our jewellery is individually packed in our shiny purple envelopes with Polaroid style swing tag and sticker!

We then pop your new jewellery in a supa sexy purple foil bubble mailer so it's all safely packaged for it's journey . .


"Wow, that all looks great, but I wanted an extra special gift wrap? "

Our recycled Take-out carton, with Stolen Thunder neon cocktail tag and matching sticker, baby pink tissue paper, a pack of old skool sweeties and hand stamped parcel tag -

" I ♥ U"

or

"Happy Birthday"

we can even fill in the tag
to (_________)
from (_________)

and send direct to the lucky giftee,

We can also add . . .

"don't open until ../../.... " to the address label"

alternatively the item can be sent to you to give directly.

Refunds and Exchanges

"I've received my item but am not happy? "

We are really sorry to hear if you are unhappy, please email us within 2 days of receiving the item.
Quoting your Paypal order reference, name, address and item ordered and let us know what the problem is and we will do what we can to make you smile again.
We accept returns within 7 working days of receipt and must be in the same condition that you received the piece in - ie in original packaging and unworn.
Earring returns are not possible.
Postage is non-refundable, postage back to our studio is care of you, the sender.
