Here are my so called 'shop policies' which will be used as guideline to implement when 'non-conformity' things happened.

However, I do take care of the non-conformity issues on case by case basis. Please do not hesitate to contact me and let's help each other to settle things down. :)

Payment

♥ PAYMENT METHOD: I accept and appreciate immediate PayPal payment.

Shipping

♥ SHIPPING METHOD: Registered Air Mail.
The item will be shipped after a completion of confirmed PayPal payment received - I ship on weekend.

REMARK:
Please be aware of time difference between time zone. The item you purchased will be shipped from Thailand.

♥ PACKING & POSTAGE: see details of each item. The P&P cost included Air Mail registration fee for confirmed shipment, packing materials, and postage). This P&P cost does not include customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. Seller is not responsible for these fees, taxes, tariffs and duties.

♥ ♥ Please do note that I will ship the item to address indicated in PayPal receipt, unless other specified. ♥ ♥

Once the item is shipped I will convo/e-mail you the shipping information - include package registration number - for your reference. If you do not receive your item after 25 days of shipment, please kindly let me know and I will file package tracking request at post office.

I cannot be fully held responsible for any damage caused by the carrier on their delivering/transportation. But I do carefully pack on my side. However, if such thing happen, please do contact me ASAP.

♥ DELIVERY TIME: International delivery time may vary from ~10 - 25 days, depends on your location. Average international delivery time is ~15 days. Please be aware that I am not responsible for delivery time. It depends on the carrier and delivery time may vary, particularly during peak periods.

Refunds and Exchanges

♥ REFUND/RETURN POLICY: At this time, I do not offer refund for return item or canceling of your purchase once the item is shipped or when the production started. So, please be sure before placing your order or making your purchase.

Additional Policies and FAQs

♥ CUSTOM ORDER: I request and appreciate 50% deposit payment of the net price quoted prior to start production and the rest 50% when the item is ready to be shipped. Please do contact me for more detail.

If there are any problems or questions about item your purchased once you receive it, please do not hesitate to contact me as soon as possible. I will take utmost care on the situation for both side satisfactions.
