Welcome

Every item sold by Holly Christine Handmade Designs is the original creation of yours truly. Inspired by the world around me, I am glad to be able to share my vision of beauty with you.

Payment

-Payment is accepted through PayPal or money order only.
-Payment must be received within 10 business days.
-Orders may be canceled for a $2 fee to cover listing costs. The seller must be contacted before payment due date

Shipping

-Items will be shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment.
-All orders will be shipped USPS first class mail unless otherwise specified.
-Shipping upgrades are available and a seperate PayPal invoice will be sent to the buyer with shipping costs.
-Buyer may chose from shipping options available from USPS, UPS and FedEx
-Items may be shipped internationally and duties will be the responsibility of the buyer.
-Insurance is optional, and must be paid for by the buyer at the time of purchase.
-Gift wrap and shipping to a gift address is available. Please contact seller immediately after purchase for arrangements.
-Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
-Custom orders will be shipped upon completion. A timeline will be discussed with the buyer after the custom order is received.
-Seller does her best to use eco-friendly shipping materials

Refunds and Exchanges

-If for any reason you need to return your item please contact the seller within 28 days for a return authorization.
-Refunds will be completed upon receipt of the item by the seller.
-Shipping costs of the returned item are the responsibility of the buyer.
-Only the cost of the item will be returned minus a $2 re-listing fee.
-Damages or loss in the shipping process is not the responsibility of the seller as the buyer does have the option of purchasing shipping insurance.
-Earrings that have been worn are not eligible for return.
-Custom orders are not eligible for return.

-Items come from a non-smoking, cat-loving home.
-Gift wrap and other gift services are available.
-Seller does her best to be as eco-friendly as possible.
-If a custom order is desired please contact the seller to make arrangements.
-Wholesale and/or consignment inquires should be directed to the seller.
