Welcome

I love making customized lip products for you. If there are any ingredients in my balms that doesn't suit you, please let me know and I can make something special that does. I whole-heartedly want all my customers to be happy with everything they purchase.

I believe in all my products. I want you to as well.

Payment

Paypal is only method of payment that is accepted. Transactions should be paid for immediately. Payments that are delayed (except in cases of awaiting revised invoices) will be canceled and appropriate feedback left.

Shipping

Items are shipped first class mail.

Upgrading to USPS Priority Mail is always an option, with increase in shipping costs to buyer. Any buyer who wants to upgrade to Priority Mail needs to leave "Notes to Seller" stating such and will await a revised invoice for added shipping fee.

All my items are sent in bubble mailers. Shipping fee includes actual postage cost, cost of bubble mailer and small handling fee.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges on lip balms and perfumes are not accepted.
