twentythreeshop's Shop Policies

Welcome

`twentythreeSHOP was born in the summer of 2006 following miss manderley’s first try at making handmade accessories. Seeing a possible market for her little hobby, she geared the shop towards teenagers and young college students who are in search of unique and novel products. Initial sales were done at SOOMPI.COM’s selling/trading threads with further expansion to a LIVEJOURNAL.COM powered selling journal in the next autumn season. We also specialize in cute accessories & merchandise, all imported from Asia. This marks the opening of another leap for this small entrepreneural gig by a busy colllege student.

The SHOP is based in Glendale, California.

Payment

Payments must be received within 7 days of placing an order.

`twentythreeSHOP accepts all major credit cards, concealed cash, money orders, and personal checks as payment.

Credit card payments are processed through Paypal and incur some fees in accordance to the website policy. Fees (for Paypal & Shopify processing) are included in the tax section during checkout.

All customers paying through concealed cash, money orders, and personal checks must do so AT THEIR OWN RISK. Your item/s will be put on hold until payment is recieved (address will be emailed back to you), so order information must be emailed using this form, following checkout.

Shipping

ATTENTION: Due to many incidents, I will disregard any orders that do not include the shipping fee when paid through Paypal. No shipping fee means I can't ship you order!

Delivery confirmation & expedited shipping available, please send me an email/convo before sending payment. I will send you a revised invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please note that `twentythreeSHOP is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.

NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
