I hope to make this transaction the smoothest possible for both of us.

Payment

Payment is accepted by credit card (PayPal), personal check, or money order.

Your photographs will be shipped only after full payment has been received. If you have paid by E-Check through Paypal I will wait until the payment clears before shipping. As well as a personal check, I will wait until the check clears or until the money order has been received in the mail.

Shipping

Please allow me up to 10 days to ship your art as soon as the payment is cleared/received.

All photography and prints are shipped in between sturdy cardboard packaging, inside of a photo mailer. This is very, very sturdy. To take precaution there will be "Do Not Bend" stamped on all sides of the packaging. I have never had any damage problems with shipping using this method.

I will ship to the address provided to me by Paypal/Credit card processor when I receive payment. In order for your items to arrive without delay, please make sure this matches your Etsy address! (Or leave me a note explaining the difference.) I am happy to ship directly to your gift recipient!

Within the United States all photograph orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail .

International orders are shipped via USPS 1st class international mail, or Priority International depending on the size of the order.

Insurance is not covered in the listing. If you would like to insure your package, please contact me.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be completely thrilled with your order. If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 10 days of receiving your photograph and I will replace or exchange it.
You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.

In the event of a lost package I will ask you to wait 6 weeks before I replace your item.
