My products are not toys and should not be handled as such. They may contain small parts, children should be supervied while wearing bows/accesories.

Payment

Please pay using Paypal or RME. Payment is due within 48 hours of purchase, otherwise I reserve the right to cancel sale.

Shipping

Item(s) will ship 2-3 days after payment is recieved. Shipping is standard USPS 2-5 day delivery. If faster shipping is needed, please convo me for special rates.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds will only be given in form of store credit for hair items/clothes, and either store credit or paypal refund for tutu's.

Custom products not subject to refund except in case of materials/workmanship defects.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Hair bows/accessories are guaranteed for one month.
Onesies/Tee's and also guaranteed for one month.
Due to the nauture of tutu's they are only guaranteed for one month against workmanship defects, this is simply becuase they are typically heavily played in and risk being torn/damaged by factors other than quality.
