Shipping

Packages are shipped USPS 1st class with confirmation signature. You will be notified of when your order will ship (within a week from payment, unless otherwise specified).

Creations by Lonni does ship internationally, with some restrictions. I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please be aware that overseas shipping to many countries takes a VERY long time. 4-6 weeks from sending date in some cases.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your business is appreciated. Be assured that each item sold here is created by hand and with care. While customer satisfaction is a priority, it is not feasible to treat purchases in the same manner as mass produced items. Therefore:

Creations by Lonni does NOT accept returns. Exchange ONLY for purchase price minus the cost of shipping. You must notify Creations by Lonni within 7 days of receipt by convo that you are not satisfied, and send the item back postmarked within 14 days of receipt in its original packaging.

CUSTOM ORDERS: No returns. No exchanges.

You may purchase insurance for an additional $2 per item for U.S. shipping.
