Payment

Payment for items must be received within 3 business days of purchase, or I will relist the item. I will send a notice as a reminder prior to relisting.

Payment:

I very much prefer PayPal as method of payment, but will gladly accept money orders and personal checks FROM THE BUYER ONLY, for security purposes. Item will not ship until payment has cleared.

Shipping

A few words about shipping:

I try my very best to ship orders next day Mondays-Fridays. I ship mostly Priority Mail unless otherwise speicified within the item description or requested by the buyer, as the Charlottesville USPS system is notoriously slow. If you would prefer a different shipping method, please let me know and I will be sure to provide you with an estimate.

I try my best to quote international shipping (First Class International only) in my order descriptions. If the actual cost is more than what is quoted, I will ask you for additional payment. International shipping costs vary so widely that it is hard to estimate!

For security reasons, I will only ship to the address attached to your PayPal account! If it is not the correct address, please change it with PayPal prior to making your purchase. Thanks!

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns and Refunds:

As for returns, I will only accept them if the item is damaged upon receipt or if you find the item does not function properly. I hate to be so rigid in this area, but my photos and descriptions are very accurate to real life, so you should have no surprises upon receipt of the item. I ask that you please be sure of what you are purchasing prior to clicking the "Buy" button! :)

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am open to custom orders, but please be aware that I do have a very busy day job that sometimes keeps me from doing what I love best - sewing! Custom order turnaround time will be determined at the time the order is placed. Thanks for understanding!
