Welcome

Hello and Welcome to Sassy Hoops! My name is Julia McPherson and I've been a hooper for about four years. I started Sassy Hoops in January 2008 after the birth of my twin girls. I hooped before I was pregnant, and thought it would be a perfect way to lose the baby weight I packed on during pregnancy. Also, I wanted a creative outlet that satisfies my crafty tendancies.

Here it is, plain and simple: Hooping makes me happy. Making colorful hoops and sharing them with others makes me immensely happy. Nothing's better than the look on a student's face when they get a trick down. My goal is to spread hoop happiness (hoopiness) throughout Dallas and the world, one hoop at a time.

Payment

I except Paypal payments for all online orders.

Texas tax of 8.25% is added if applicable.

I request that payment be fulfilled within three days of your order. I will contact the buyer to discuss any issues that arise. Non-payment will be reported to Etsy as standard policy.

For cancelled orders, please contact me at info [!at] sassyhoops.com within 3 days of placing your order. I will work with you to meet your needs.

Shipping

Shipping Address: I use the address associated with your Paypal account. Please be sure to add a note in the "Notes to Seller" box if you are shipping to another address with where and to whom you are shipping the hoop to.

Hoops are shipped by Parcel Post which domestically takes 5-7 days. Priority Mail is available if it has to arrive quickly--please email me and I will work with you to meet your request. Please be aware that there will be an extra fee to ship Priority Mail or Express Mail.

Why is the shipping more than if I shipped you something in a box? Well, the Post Office doesn't like to think outside the box--literally. In fact I get some interesting comments when I take a hoop into ship. They charge me an irregular package fee, so my shipping is a little higher than if I mailed you a sweater.

Domestic: I ship USPS Parcel Post within 3 days of payment confirmation. Each hoop is carefully encased in bubble wrap to prevent tape scuffs. All items shipped are insured for the cost of your hoop.

International: I ship First Class International Package Mail. Please allow ample time to arrive as it can take 7-30 days if shipping through customs, and depending on the country. Buyer is responsible for taxes and/or duties on any hoop purchased. Insurance is required.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not give refunds; however if you have a problem with your hoop or you are not satisfied, please contact me immediately at info [!at] sassyhoops.com. I will work with you to make sure you are a happy customer.
