Payment

I accept Paypal, Check or money order. Just keep in mind that the check or money order must clear before I send out your item(s).

Shipping

All Items are shipped after payment has cleared (same day or next day) with an email the day of shipment letting you know your item is in the mail and the Tracking code. All Items are shipped with delivery conformation and insurance.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you receive your package but are not happy send it back and a refund will be given for the price of the item. If the item is delivered damaged or breaks after 14 days return the Item for a refund of the item price once I receive the item. (You can keep the box or bag it came in).

Additional Policies and FAQs

I can change lengths, earring hooks, and clasps. Extra charges may apply to adding length or changing clasps depending on what is asked I'll give you the price before we agree on the change ( usually no more than a few dollars)

I do Wholesale Items Just send me a message about what items and I can give you a quote.

If you see a necklace that you like the design but not the colors ask me about changing colors I can see what I have and try to get you something you like I'll give a quote on the price before any deal is made.
