Hi friends! Welcome to my Etsy store. I have been crafting forever and am hardly ever NOT working on a project (or ten), so I am proud to offer some of my favorite goods to you all.

All items are handmade by me in my smoke- and pet-free home or sometimes on the subway, usually while listening to awesome jams or watching a movie I have already seen a million times. (You may notice a spike in items for sale in months where “Dirty Dancing” is on cable.)

Payment

All payments accepted via Paypal at the time of purchase.

Shipping

All orders (NOT including custom orders) are shipped USPS First Class Mail from New York, NY, 2-3 business days from when I receive your payment. If you have paid with a Paypal E-Check, your item(s) will be shipped after the payment clears.

Custom orders of pins or other goods will be shipped USPS First Class Mail upon completion. Please contact me for more information on timelines for custom orders.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
If the quoted shipping fee does not cover the postage, you will be contacted and invoiced for the difference. I am not responsible for lost shipments.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt to discuss. I can only accept returns in new, unused condition. I will refund purchase price, but not shipping costs. NO returns on custom orders.

Additional Policies and FAQs

CUSTOM ORDERS:
I love custom orders, but I also have a day job! Please be aware that custom orders will take additional time to complete, and depending on the time of year, I may have to turn down a few. I will give you the best and most realistic estimate for your order’s completion before I invoice you for the job.
