Many years ago, the Founder of The Salvation Army, then very old, was preparing to send his annual Christmas message to Salvationists around the world. In those days, communication was by telegraph, and you paid for each word that you sent. Times were tough and the Army was short on money, so William Booth sent a one-word telegram. The word he sent was: OTHERS.

Payment

I accept PayPal for all orders, and payment is expected within three days of purchasing a listing.

Shipping

I process orders as soon as payment through PayPal clears, and I try to ship all orders via USPS on the next business day. Please keep in mind, I am a busy college student - sometimes orders go out a couple days after placing them, but never more than two or three days later!

If you pay through PayPal, delivery confirmation is free!

Not in the US? Please give it a couple (or a few) weeks for your order to arrive.

Insurance is always highly recommended (I've gotten burned by the Postal Service before...) so before purchasing your listing please contact me to include insurance if you'd like.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want to make sure you get what you want - if you don't, please contact me. I'm more than willing to try and work things out.

Custom buttons are not returnable, but all other items can be returned unused for an exchange of equal value or refund minus shipping costs.
