Welcome to ColibriDreams! Here you can find one of a kind accesories, jewelry and art. Please feel free to contact me if you have any doubts or questions!

Payment

The payment can be made with Paypal, credit card (you don't need to have a Paypal account to pay with credit card in Paypal). I also accept bank transfer, if you have a bank account in an EU country or in Mexico. If you want to pay by bank transfer, please contact me.

If you haven't paid your purchase within 3 days, I will cancel the sale. If you need more time to pay, please contact me, I may reserve the item for you for longer time.

The purchase will be sent within 1-3 days after the payment is received.

Shipping

I ship jewelry by first class mail to Mexico and by priority mail internationally. It isn't posible to sent jewelry from Mexico to other countries by first class mail, which makes the shipping cost higher. The good thing is that priority mail is safer. If you want your item to be sent by priority mail to Mexico, please send me a convo or a mail before paying.

The yarn paintings are sent by priority mail also, due to the huge amount of work that making them implies. If you want to a yarn painting to be sent by first class mail, you'll have to asume the responsability of posible damages.

The bookmarks and cell phone charms will be sent by registered first class mail. It might take up to 2,5 weeks or more to get to you. If you want these items to be sent by priority mail, please send me a convo or an e-mail before paying, and I'll sent you a revised invoice.

Please allow 1-3 days for packing after you have paid and about 3-7 weeksdays for the shipping for the U.S. and 4-10 days for Europe (all Europe countries have the same shipping costs, so just choose one of the European countries in the list). If you want the item to be sent somewhere else, feel free to contact me.

All the jewelry is packed in a white box with a pretty blue lace, so they are perfect for gift giving. The bookmarks and cell phone charms will be sent in an envelope, but if you want to give them as gift, I'll send them in a box too, with no extra cost. Just remember to specify the address in the message to the seller, if it isn't same as your Etsy/Paypal address.

I'm not responsible for any customs fees or delays in the customs.

Refunds and Exchanges

The possible refunds in cases of damages or losses are studied individually in every case. Please contact me if you're not satisfied with your purchase or if it doesn't seem to arrive in reasonable time.
Please note that international shipping can sometimes take time, though.

The shipping fees aren't refunded in any case.
