Payment

Payment is welcomed as soon as you click the buy button - but if there are any problems with your payment then please contact me as soon as possible. if i have not received payment within 14 days it is likely that your order will have to be cancelled though i will contact you to try to resolve issues first. I welcome paypal as my preferred method of payment.

Shipping

i will send parcels ready to give and via airmail where applicable. If you require tracking or insurance please let me know although this will be extra.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds will be given on receipt of returned items in good order.
