Because each item is handmade, slight variations in the fabric pattern's placement may occur but this should be embraced as this makes each bag one of a kind. All bags listed are sewn and ready to be shipped when ordered!

Shipping

I ship my bags insured, which means the bags can be tracked (except overseas, sorry guys)

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY:
If for some reason you are not happy with your purse, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. The item must be returned to me within 10 days in its original condition including any gifts or freebies. The returned package must have delivery confirmation on it. I cannot return shipping fees (both for the original delivery and the return shipping).

...that is, unless it's my mistake, in which case I'll eat the costs and make sure you are happy :)
