PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment is due within 5 days of purchase, unless otherwise negotiated. If payment and/or contact has not been received within this time frame the transaction will be cancelled. Items will not be posted until payment has been made in full.

Shipping

PACKAGING
All products are packaged in a bubble wrap mailer.

Recycled and environmentally friendly packaging is used wherever possible.

SHIPPING:
Products are shipped once a week on Fridays. Shipping is provided to any country worldwide.

All products under $100 are sent uninsured and the tiny little girl will take no responsibility for uninsured parcels. If you require insurance, please contact me for a revised invoice.

Generally shipping takes 10 - 14 days to arrive from Australia, with the exception of peak periods where delays may occur.

Postal upgrades are available - insurance, registration, express mail, express priority mail. Please contact me for a postal quote.

Please note that customs, duties and additional taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Refunds and Exchanges

Products can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase or exchange only within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items must be returned in as new condition. Shipping and postage costs are not refundable.

Please note that this does not apply to custom orders and sales on these works are final.

In any cases of damaged or lost items the tiny little girl will not be held responsible for uninsured parcels. Insured parcels will be replaced or refunded to their insured value.
