Thank you for looking at my little shop! I hope you liked what you saw. :)

I started this little business after spotting some amazing fleece material at my local craft store and I realized that I just had to share it! The best method that I have found is through cute hats. I had been previously just been making them for friends and family, but now I'm branching out to share them with you!

All items made in a smoke free environment.

Allergy alert: I do live with two small dogs, but I keep the fabric in Rubbermaid tubs so the fur does not get on them. I can handwash hats right before mailing them as a precaution if it is requested.

Payment

I accept payment through paypal and money orders only. Hats paid for by money orders will not be shipped until the money order has been cleared by a bank. Please contact me if there is a conflict.

Shipping

Hats will be shipped in bubble wrap lined mailing envelops. If you are interested in requesting a different packing method for a slightly higher shipping cost, please contact me.

Hats will be shipped as soon as payment is verified. Please make sure I have the correct address for the package to be shipped to.

International shipping is possible, but I will require you to contact me first so I can give you an accurate price.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are only possible if the item has not been shipped yet or if the item was a custom order. Custom order returns are only possible if the item has only been worn to try it on and is sent back as soon as possible. Preferably within one to possibly two weeks, but I will have the final word on when is too late. I will try to be as fair as possible. Returner pays shipping fees unless otherwise arranged.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders:
Please pm or email me with any requests you might have. Styles of ears can be changed, colors changed, different ears can be designed, etc. I am open to ideas and will gauge if the task seems plausible or not. Discussing possibilities and prices does not require any commitment to purchase so feel free to ask me. :)

All custom orders will have pictures of the item emailed to them before it is shipped to double check satisfaction. A nonrefundable deposit will be required for custom orders once the request has been started. This is generally when fabric is to be purchased.

Custom hats in styles already made (such as just having a different color fleece used for a cat hat) will have a $5 deposit. Other custom designs will have a deposit determined on length of time expected to be spent on the order. Deposits will be put toward the final purchase price of the item.
