Payment

Payment is accepted through PayPal only at this time. Payment is required within 24 hours of purchase unless you convo me and arrange for something else. I'm flexible so let me know if you have special circumstances. Orders not paid within 24 hours will be subject to cancellation.

I do offer layaway
LAYAWAY TERMS: Layaway is offered on quilts priced at $150.00 and higher, with a 25% non-refundable down payment required at time of purchase and the balance due within 60 days. If you need different arrangements, please convo me and we'll try and work something out.

Shipping

Items are shipped USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation. If you would like your quilt shipped through a different carrier, please just contact me. Items are usually shipped out within 24 hours of purchase and completed payment. I don't charge "handling" fees and any overage exceeding $2 will always be refunded promptly via PayPal.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you're not happy with your purchase, please convo me to work out a return. I would be happy to return or exchange any item. Your satisfaction is my utmost concern! Original shipping costs are not refundable and return shipping is at the expense of the consumer. Returns must be made within 12 days and are only accepted on unused items. I do not accept returns on custom orders.
