Bijou Beaute International Ltd. is a Michigan based design house and boutique. What began as a small home business in 2007, has now grown into a successful brand and corporation that is quickly gaining popularity. With its chic style and soft feminine details, every item created by the brand is done so by hand. Even vintage pieces offered by the company are refinished by hand with lots of care. Founder and CEO Kelli Joyce thrives on the fact the her company can offer its customers goods that have been made with lots of love and integrity. As a way to challenge the creativity of the company and its founder, Bijou Beaute offers a limited number of their goods, creating a since of exclusivity for their customers. Today Bijou Beaute offers aprons, handbags, jewelry, home decor, clothing, antique items, and many more beautiful creations. The overall goal of Bijou Beaute is to create and offer quality handmade goods, that bring back the simplicity and grace of yesteryear. Offering a little something for everyone, whether it’s a sparkling pair of earrings or a cottage style table, Bijou Beaute offers a wide range of goods, unique to its own.

Payment

Payments Online: All payments must be made within 48 hours of purchase. For the security and protection of our customers we accept credit, debit, and e-check payments thorough paypal only. It is clear to state that our boutique and paypal are two separate entities and are in no way affiliated. Any issues with your paypal account must be resolved by paypal.

Check Payments: No items will be shipped until check payment has cleared through a secure source.

Custom Orders: Require a 50% non-refundable deposit for items to be made.

Shipping

Shipping/Pick Up: All orders will be shipped 3-10 days after the date of payment. Orders will be shipped through USPS. Custom orders will be given a specific date range based on product services requested. International Residents, please convo for International rates.

Insurance: Insurance is not included in the shipping fees located in the description for each item for sale in the boutique. If you would like to purchase insurance please convo the boutique and wait for an updated sales slip.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final on jewelry, handbags, and accessories. Clothing items may be exchanged within 3 days of customer receipt for an item of the same type, color and style. Absolutely no worn or soiled garments will be exchanged. If the item to be exchanged is no longer in stock or is sold out, a store credit will be issued. Bijou Beaute International Ltd is not responsible for items damaged during or after shipping. Please see our Shipping Policy Regarding Insurance.

******Custom Items: Custom Items may not be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.
