Welcome to KeepYourBabyClose! KYBC is run by a WAHM in Wisconsin. I enjoy bringing parents and babies together, one carrier & cover at a time.

Payment

If your item is on sale, you may pay immediately and I will refund, or you may wait for a revised invoice via Paypal.

I accept Paypal and USPS money orders. Payment is expected within 2 days from purchase. Prompt payment is always appreciated.

Shipping

Please allow up to 7 days for shipping. Most items are made after being ordered.

International buyers are responsible for any customs or duty fees. It is illegal for me to mark items as a gift and help you evade your country's taxes, please do not ask me to do so :)

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not currently accept exchanges or returns unless an item is defective. All carriers are warrantied for 6 months from purchase. This warranty does not cover improper use or washing.

Slings must be washed on cold, tumble dry low.

I love custom orders! I can hunt down the perfect fabric for you or you can send me your perfect fabric to be made into anything.

I accept wholesale orders for nursing covers as well.
