Hi and welcome to Luckybug Boutique. I hope you enjoy your time here! If you have any questions or are interested in a custom order, please convo or email me. I'd love to talk with you.

Payment

If you make a purchase and you choose to not pay via Paypal, simply email me right away letting me know when you plan to issue payment. I expect payment or contact within 24 hours of purchase.

Shipping

All products are shipped via USPS. Shipping prices are listed for both US and Canadian shipments. If you live elsewhere, please convo me and I will get you a shipping quote ASAP.

I ship within 2 business days from receipt of payment. If a product is custom ordered or is not a finished product (as indicated in the description) the product will ship within 7-10 business days.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will issue a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) if the product is received back in NEW condition within 14 days of purchase.

Additional Policies and FAQs

CPSIA: All cotton (dyed and undyed) have been cleared under the CPSIA law. I have contacted my snap supplier and secured documentation that their products are in compliance with the law. Please let me know if you have specific questions regarding this law and my products.
