Thank you for buying handmade!

All materials are of the highest quality I can find. I try to work with materials from small boutiques and bead shops, so if an item is marked 'One of a kind', it really is! (I probably can't remember where I bought the beads)!

Unless specifically stated, all metal used is fine or sterling silver. I hand forge several styles of ear wires, head pins and eye pins, and work with pmc3.

Payment

Payment is via Paypal only.

If you are on a first name basis with me, we've worked payment out in person.

Shipping

Shipping is via USPS only, all international orders will be insured.

However...
If you need something quick, I can ship via UPS, Fedex, DHL, or carrier pigeon. (kidding!) Let me know your preference, and the bill is on you! Free shipping offers/combos will not apply to non USPS carriers.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will refund only in the case of merchandise returned within a reasonable period of time, and if the item(s) are in the same condition I sent it(them) in. I will exchange items with no questions asked if I get a request within 3 days of the buyer receiving the item.

All refunds and exchanges are on a case by case basis. I will work with you so we're both happy!
