Payment

I accept payment via PayPal.

Shipping

Shipments are processed within 2 to 3 business days after receipt of payment. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Orders are shipped to the address on your Paypal account. If you would like your order shipped to an alternate destination, please specify otherwise.

Jewelry orders are packaged in bubble wrap mailers. Cake pins are packaged in boxes. Gift wrap is available upon request. Items are shipped USPS with a shipping confirmation.

Refunds and Exchanges

I generally do not accept returns, BUT I want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied, please contact me directly to discuss.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I love custom orders. Please be aware of the following:
- Color options are based on availability of resources.
- Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for production and delivery.
- I offer flower redesign services to Portland, OR residents only. (Sorry, it’s just too difficult through the mail). Additional fees apply.
