Payment

You've ordered something and I love you for it! Now comes the transference of monies. I accept a variety of payment types, such as Paypal, money order, personal check (items will be held until the check clears), cash (I don't recommend it because the world is a dangerous place to send innocent bills into all by themselves), and um... well, I haven't had any other payment types come up, but if you have a different way of putting money in my pocket, I'd be happy to consider it. Unfortunately I can't accept RME right now, but hopefully in the future I'll be able to work things out with them and they'll stop demanding that I sign over my soul and my first born before they'll open my account.

I won't accept small children, beads, shells, or Monopoly money.

If you really want something, but can't afford it until you get your next paycheck, pawn stuff, or they let you sell plasma again, I'll be happy to set up a layaway plan for you. A small, non-refundable fee will be required right away, and the balance must be paid in full within 8 weeks.

Shipping

I try to get things packaged up and sent out within four business days of receiving an order. Usually it doesn't take that long, but sometimes life gets in the way, and sometimes the cute guy at the post office isn't there and I have to come back later.
Domestic packages tend to get out faster, since I can send them in the dead of night via the Automated Postal Center at the post office. I love that machine, and some day I plan to propose.

If you're in a big hurry, and want your stuff sent express or priority, let me know and I'll send you an updated shipping invoice and will get it in the mail as fast as possible.

Insurance can be purchased for an additional fee. http://www.usps.com/insurance/ will tell you how much that fee is.

I'm always happy to ship internationally, especially because I can strut around saying "Guess where I'm sending something to!" to random strangers, and they can act all impressed while backing away slowly.
You'll be responsible for any additional taxes, customs, or VAT fees.

Please don't ask me to lie on a customs form, because that's illegal, and I'd hate to be sitting in prison with a bunch of murderers, thieves, and tax evaders and have to explain to some butch woman named Bubbaette that I'm there because I checked the wrong box.

Shipping can be combined with items from my Aetheria shop as well (http://aetheria.etsy.com). If you're purchasing items from both shops, just send me an e-mail or conversation and I'll send you a revised invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, it will be like you're stabbing my heart out with a knife covered in sad faces, and I probably won't ever recover. But you can send my wonderful, glorious, original, unique, one of a kind, perfect artwork back and I'll refund your purchase price.
The only exceptions to this are earrings, personalized custom orders, and stuff that gets broken long after you receive it.

Uninsured stuff that gets broken on the way to you will be considered on a case by case basis.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All my stuff is made, stored, and shipped from a smoke-free home. I do have pets though(cats, ferrets, and hopefully a puppy soon!) I don't let the critters sculpt with me or help wrap the packages, but there's no way I could guarantee that not a single bit of fluff will ever find its way into a package.

I do accept custom orders, unless I say otherwise in my shop announcement. Really big orders, or personalized orders will require a non-refundable deposit.

If you have a consignment shop and you're interested in my stuff, I'd be happy to hear from you. I'm unable to accept offers requesting more than 30% of the profit though, since I keep my prices pretty low so more people can afford to buy from me.
