Thanks for taking the time to look over this ^_^

I have been crafting for years, but started selling in 2005.
I enjoy making items specific to the person receiving them.
Alot of my items end up being OOAK (one of a kind), due to unavailability of supplies.

I would love to make a custom item for you!

Payment

I accept Paypal.
Payments must be made within 3 days!

***Only select "other" if we have agreed on a trade***

Shipping

All of my items are sent USPS.
Small items are sent 1st class in bubble envelopes.
Dread falls are sent in tyvek priority envelopes...unless multiple sets are ordered, then they are shipped in a flat rate priority box.
Dolls are boxed for protection and sent 1st class.

Insurance can be added for $1.50

I am open to shipping to other countries.

Refunds and Exchanges

If your item is damaged in transit...
I require a picture for proof.
It will be up to you if you want the item re-made (if possible), or just refunded.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders can take anywhere from 2 days (dolls, hair/head accessories) to a week (dread falls) to complete. If I have to order colors I don't have in stock for dreads, then that will take the longest. I will be at the mercy of the other company an their shipping times.
