Payment

1). If paying with PayPal, please submit payment within 72 hours of purchase.

2). Illinois residents: 8.50% sales tax required (before adding shipping). If you are paying with PayPal, I have my PayPal account set up to add this automatically.

Shipping

1). I typically ship next business day after receiving PayPal payment. For custom work, this may not be possible. If you want to order something custom but need a concrete completion/ shipping date, convo me first and of course I will do everything I can to accommodate.

For check/money order payments, I will ship your order once your payment clears. Should your payment bounce, transaction will be canceled and reported to Etsy.

2). I ship via United States Post Office Priority Mail or Parcel Post where practical do to so.

3). For all Parcel Post shipments I obtain a tracking number for all purchases more than $20.00. This is included in the shipping cost listed.

4). Outside U.S. and Canada, convo me re: shipping to your country.

5). I often reuse, repurpose, recycle (clean only) packing materials when I ship my items out. I urge my lovely customers to do the same. Let's save Mother Earth!

6). I refund any postage overcharges that exceed $1.00.

Refunds and Exchanges

To save us both grief and headaches, should you have any questions or concerns about an item you are considering purchasing, please convo me, and I will be glad to address them.

That being said, I want you to be completely pleased with your purchase (we all work too hard to spend our money and not be satisfied). When you receive your item, please exam it carefully, and where applicable, try it on. If for any reason you are not over the moon with your purchase, please convo me as soon as possible. I will accept returns and issue refunds/exchanges within 21 days of the date of shipping. Please note that the cost of shipping the item(s) back to MMHGS will be your sole responsibility. For customers outside the United States or Canada, we will likely have to work out a modified time limit.

Shipping costs will NOT be refunded.
