Payment

I accept Paypal first and foremost. If you would like to use another form of payment, convo me. Cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis. Always, always convo me with any of these issues.

Shipping

Item will be shipped within 3 days of payment being received, by USPS First Class, which has an approximate shipping time of 3 days for domestic orders. For made to order items, please allow 5 days for your item to be made and shipped.

Shippings cost include Delivery Confirmation, and once your item has been shipped, you will receive an Etsy Convo containing your tracking number.

Any shipping cost off by more than a dollar will be refunded to you via PayPal.

Refunds and Exchanges

Items may be returned for a full refund (less shipping). Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and MUST contact seller within 3 days of receiving item to inform seller of return. From that point, item must be returned within 5 days.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All measurements are approximate and are given within individual item descriptions. Measurements for custom orders can be given upon request, either before or after purchase.

All fabrics are always prewashed, and my home is smoke and pet-free. :)
