Payment

Payment accepted via PayPal (credit cards, e-checks, etc).

Shipping

All orders usually ship within 3-5 days (once the payment has cleared). Certain items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post and will be indicated on the product page. If you would like your order sooner, arrangements can be made for Priority Mail (additional charge will apply).

:: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Please convo with the destination country for a shipping quote. Shipping options can be via USPS First-Class Mail® International Package, USPS Priority Mail® International or UPS International. Please make sure that the international shipping address is correct as we cannot be responsible for undeliverable/lost package due to incorrect address that you provide us.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the unique nature of personalized stationery, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there was damage to the shipping or an error was made by us.
